AL Sultan Restaurant in Garden City

Best place in Michigan My friend took me there once and i haven't stopped going there and won't. The people there are even awesome and even the owner is a sweetie.Thank you for the yummy food and the kindness.

I went there today, and I ordered a combo for 2 . The quantity was so great . It's like a combo for 4 ☺️ I forgot to take a pic for the salad and hummus. The food was super good. The most delicious thing was the kabob. I enjoyed trying a new restaurant like this ! Recommend.

The Food is always Good, they have a variety. Salads, Beverages, Soups, Appetizers, Vegetarian plates, Fresh Juices, Main Entrees, Special House Favorites, Seafood, Italian, Sandwiches, Sides, Desserts, Carry out. Something for everyone. I have been going there for more than 10yrs..Excellent Food Large Portion..

They give large amounts but the taste of the food is very bland compared to other places. If you want something cheap and okay tasting this is the place for you. But if you prefer quality over quantity then go someplace else.

Best hummas ever!

My wife and I love the shish tawook sandwich roll up. We usually get a side of hummus to split with a side of garlic sauce and maybe a salad or spinach pie. My son loves the fruit smoothies.

Really love the food but I highly recommend not having a teenage girl with a nasty attitude run the front desk and answer phones. She was rude and disrespectful and I knew she was going to be just by the tone of her voice when she answered the phone. you guys should really work on customer service. Didn’t continue my order because she kept cutting me off half way through my sentence. Won’t be back because of the service. During Ramadan too? SMH.

Good food and service

Known for their delicious chicken, we keep coming back! The hummous is a bit salty compared to other joints, the service is excellent you can tell Sam is always there and always greeting the customers. Not so good for their meat options. The salad could be improved, maybe less parsley and messy packaging as usual. Still enjoy the chicken dishes there.

Great middle Eastern cuisine at a reasonable price. Can't get enough I eat there at least four to six times a month

So sorry i had to review so low... Great ppl great service. But the food is going down hill... Not the same. So disappointed when i went last week. Ive been coming here from time to time for years....

Staff was very friendly and helpful since i was visiting from NC. I got a chicken and beef sharwama and even though the meat was a little dry, their salad with nachos in it was pretty good. A great experience overall

This place has excellent food. But I'm wanting to make a statement that there salad in the restaurant is great with dressing on it. But when you get takeout and the dressing is on the salad the lettuce is soggy. I have got the fatush salad several times and by the time I get to my home 10 minutes away the chips and lettuce are destroyed. I hope management sees this and automatically puts the dressing and the chicken in a separate container. Until they do that I probably won't come back. It's absolutely horrible eating lettuce that's warm and pita chips soaked in salad dressing.

Great experience! Amazing food and service was excellent! Very clean and very respectful staff! I will for sure return back and have a bigger family with me! If I can rate it more than 5 I will!!!!

Absolutely terrible. There are too many good places in the area to eat here. I regret it so much!! The chicken was cold, dry and unseasoned!! Unlike any shawarma I've had. The salad tasted purely like vinegar, terrible aftertaste, and it was drenched in dressing!! And they forgot my bread and denied it when I called! Please go anywhere else. I wish I would've just went to Wendy's. And to think I tipped!😖 Never again.

The best middle eastern place to get a chicken shawarma sandwich! You can get 2 sandwiches for $8.50. They are a nice size with alot of meat and it's Delicious. I've never dine in; I get carry out because I'm on my way to work but the staff seems nice and hospitable

Meat Schwarma used to be the best years ago. It's not as good anymore. I'm not sure if they changed food suppliers or something.

Wonderful authentic tasting Mediterranean food. The portions are generous and reasonably priced.The restaurant was very clean. The decor was tasteful.The staff were friendly and attentive.

Very authentic and delicious food at an amazing price. Some of the most hospitable waiters/waitresses and host I have ever encountered. You can tell they really care about you and the dining experience here.

The food was delicious. It’s the first time I order from this restaurant and they don’t disappoint.

I began eating at Al Sultan ever since the place opened. It's good food but I have to write that it seems the current manager there tries to charge black people extra. I didn't want to write this because I love their beef sausage platter, but this isn't right. Black folk should go over to KG's African American grill. Slammin food with honest workers.

First time eating from this restaurant, carryout was delicious!! I had plantains, beef pockets & jerk chicken and rice. I will patronize again soon, yum!! 😊😊😊

My carry out was finished in a timely manner and the person who rang me out was a very sweet younger man. I hadn’t eaten all day so I was excited to get home and eat. I got the deboned chicken with rice and salad. My rice and chicken was dry it didn’t come with the delicious sauce drizzled on top. The chicken was burnt and just dry not tender and juicy like it usually is. My salad had some types of chewed up or melted plastic in it. I was too tired to even get up and take the carry out back I just threw it away. Sadly I won’t be back

This is the 3rd time I have came here and everytime the bread has been moldy. They never give enough garlic either.

The meat had a really weird taste to it, like it was old maybe. So did the chicken, my son ate some and was up all night throwing up. Dont know how this place got any good reviews.

I haven't tried much here but I keep going back for hummus and a chicken shawarma sandwich. Can't get enough.

Awesome, been eating here probably 15 years or more. Prices have went waaaaaay up recently though, avg dinner costs around 20$, thats awfully high compared to similar middle eastern restaurants (i.e. 10-15$ for a dinner).

My family and I have been going here for years and their food as well as their service continues to be quite excellent. The staff is very friendly and everything on the menu is delicious and authentic. I am especially a big fan of the hummus and the grilled chicken breast.

I placed order over the phone my husband drove all the from Utica . We order whole chicken salad and humous. When my husband came home they didn’t put humous in the bag It was really upsetting. Customer Trust you guys plz make sure you do your job right .

I've literally been going here since they opened 20 years ago, always friendly and clean! Food is amazing, and I'm very selective when it comes to Middle Eastern cuisine.. One of the only restaurants I will get it from! Had to use my daughter's phone to leave this review, they deserve it!

They have the best deboned chicken and hummus I have ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant. Friendly and good portions also.

Absolutely amazing food and great service. I've had Hummus from several places and this was the best I've ever had. The Arabic Coffee is amazing, the red cabbage is amazing and garlic sauce is amazing. I would definitely go again. I had the Mixed Shawarma with Chicken Lemon soup.

My favorite Arabic restaurant!! Food is awesome and you get alot for the money. We order the 3-4 person meal and it can easily feed 7-8 people!
